We work deliberately as a small partnership. The partner knows the context, leads strategy and remains directly available.
Mazur & Węgiel Advocates is a firm where the partner remains responsible for strategy, communication and quality. The client knows the lead person and understands the next step.
We combine two practices: disputes and mediation, and contracts, corporate and finance. This allows us to view a matter both from the perspective of documents and decisions, and from conflict, evidence and proceedings.
Not every dispute needs litigation. Not every dispute can be settled. Our role is to explain scenarios, point out risks and propose action proportionate to the goal.

Strategy over formalism
We start by reviewing the matter and documents. We then present possible scenarios, a recommended action plan and an estimated scope of work. In disputes we focus on strategy: what can be proven, what is worth negotiating, when court pays off, and when settlement or mediation is the better solution.
