Data provided in the contact form and email correspondence, plus technical data necessary to display the site (server logs).

Handling enquiries, correspondence and — once engaged — legal services. The basis is necessity for contact (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR) and legal obligation.
4. Recipients
Hosting provider (Cloudflare) and — where needed — IT support providers to the extent necessary to maintain the site.
5. Data-subject rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and a complaint to the Polish DPA (UODO). Retention depends on purpose — correspondence up to 6 years, logs up to 12 months.
